My team was nice, they hire some people with very little experience.

Lots of turnover, toxic workplace starting at the top. Poor communication from leadership, business shifts direction all too often with little direction. The workplace is heavily political, where it’s not how good you are at your job but who you are that determines your growth with the company. The office culture is non-existent, very boring environment. Feels more like working at a call-center than at a team-oriented sportswear retail company. If you want to be a part of a dynamic exciting corporation, go to a competitor.
