      Pros

      Working within the team is great, you can switch projects and have time to improve your skills.

      Kontras

      The management is inconsistent. On the outside, employer-contribution, transparency and democracy are said to be key features, but in reality the mayor shareholders decide, without adhering to previous promises. As an example: The compensation is non negotiable and you get promised a fixed rate for the next years. But this promise can (and will) be broken as it is not fixed.

      Arbeiten mit einem großartigen Team talentierter Leute. Missionsorientierte Ziele und leidenschaftliche Einstellung während des gesamten Lebenszyklus der Produktentwicklung.

      Kontras

      Das Teilen eines Büros mit einer nicht verbundenen Gruppe von Personen war oft ablenkend und störend. Ich hätte mir ein getrennteres Arbeitsumfeld gewünscht.
