Pros
1. Great learning benefits, even offer you an exam voucher if you want to get a certification (which some of them are expensive). 2. Experience diverse projects and roles (according to your skills). 3. Great office ambience (if you're planning to work at the office). 4. Buddy culture is strong for the first year in the company. 5. Many side activities outside of assigned projects. You can pick or commit some of common business work (e.g., building proposals, becoming a mentor, etc) to enhance your soft skills and build connections.
Kontras
1. Not so great tech engineering culture (low code quality, sometimes not testable). Don't be surprised if tech debts are piling up. At very least, product is delivered and users are happy. 2. Sometimes, you get a good balance between deliverable work with quality, but mostly not. Since the work pace is really fast, you have to compromise most of it. Just don't be an idealistic person. 3. Sometimes, at big4, you don't expect a work-life balance, but hey, you can have it here. But not for long. If you're lucky, you get assigned to that kind of project. I did experience both.
