Abusive District Manager ( 7 different Catering Managers in the last 3 years) Low income….long hours..weekends, 5am starts. Office in Basement of building by smelly loading dock. Consistently disorganized and under staffed. Kitchen staff, changes every 3 months….also poorly treated and underpaid. Human resources protect management and leave employees in dangerous and abusive situations. no loyalty…firing of decades long staff to hire cheaper labour. There is a Core Values manual..they do not follow it. oh yeh….and if they agree on an amount you will be paid…check your contract because that will change the second you get your first cheque.
