7yThank you for sharing your feedback, I have to say it caught me off guard and I would encourage you to reach out to me directly. This is not at all the culture that we see day to day at Commvault and if you experience is different then as the CHRO I want to understand why.
We know that not all managers are created equal which is why we are investing in manager training, emotional intelligence workshops and a manager communications center, and by many accounts is paying off as “MY MANAGER” consistently ranks as one of #1 strength in our annual vaulters voice survey. It is also disturbing to hear that you are not feeling like you are being treated fairly. As you know one of our core values is to treat others as they’d like to be treated which is why we have such a commitment to diversity and inclusion as we believe that makes us different makes us strong.
