We really try to encourage all our employees especially when it comes to our development hubs, to have a sense of pride in our ability to execute complex projects. You are right that our core technology used to build Commvault products are on C++, C# along with Java and Python. I am happy to hear that you called out our flat hierarchy that has given every individual working in the development team an equal opportunity to learn and grow.
