When managment notices you are not making your numbers, we were told they would step in and help you find out where the issues are and help you get back on track. That didn't happen. No follow through on the management side. Just told you need more activity. I am sure plenty do well in this business, but it is not for everyone. I must of been one of those, as I am use to a salaried position, with a regular paycheck.
