1) No corporate identity and culture. 2) HR is incredibly weak and does not make an effort to make good policies - do not be surprised if they give you monetary reward for good performance only to tie it with a bond. 3) No clear career progression / plan from management. 4) Management tends to be biased and do not back local employees. 5) Engage in bodyshopping as firm does not have a long term direction
