Toxic culture. Serious weak links in the management chain, unwillingness to listen, and even greater unwillingness to take meaningful action, problems just pile up. Revolving door, my group saw over 400% turnover during a period of 2.5 years. Lack of willingness to be realistic with customers. Benefits not great.
