Work Culture and freedom to choose your work. Good understanding between the colleagues. Peer culture is still very strong but lots of hierarchy is coming very fast. It becomes difficult for people to follow hierarchy specially if they are used to open culture. Hope management should realise it sooner than later
Kontras
senior positions are filled up by outsiders rather than promoting internal qualified professionals. Management doesnt seem to have faith in its own people and filling all the lead positions with outsiders. One gets the feeling of being by-stander while outsiders are grabing all the slots. This doent leave one motivated.
