One of the worst companies I have worked for. Work life balance is poor, management is inefficient, and employee welfare is clearly not a priority. Apart from salary, there are very few meaningful benefits. Recognition is limited, growth can be slow, and decisions often seem disconnected from employee concerns. The company is extremely rigid about asset recovery during exit, to the extent that even laptop bags provided during onboarding must be returned or the cost is deducted from the final settlement. This creates a negative impression and reflects a cost cutting mindset rather than an employee friendly culture.
