- Company’s foundation (Paris office) is weak as many get promoted to middle tier management that are not qualified. This makes the company policies more driven by politics rather than true value and substance - Projects (Paris office): you get stuck in a dead end, horrible IT project - trainings: the few existing ones aren't align to job duties, very outdated - HR (Paris office): LoooooooL, nothing to do with HR. just to convey Partners ideas. Never seen that before. Horrible - Partners (paris office espec. one named ..): doesn't care about anyone but only care about his "money" - To be visible, Capco Paris deals with rush requirements, which cause manage to rethink about the requirement because it doesn't "fit" at all in the application, which cause great confusion, a lot of waste of time and money - Management: disappointed in the caliber and leadership styles of management promotions: Paris office show no gratitude, bonuses and promotions are highly political. It's all about who can kiss-up best My advice: Make a move before it is too late ! One has no control or visibility on his/her career in Capco Paris. Generally, there is no transparency in anything
