Risking your Career , Huge attrition for Lack of proper quality work . I have worked like 12 hours a day , got appreciations . But got average rating for not having FLOOR presence . What does this mean ? Pure body shop , and operational work . No value for Performance , People are there like us who slog and work like anything with No recognition , . My rating too is average .No promotion since years despite being a long termer. Favoritism , favoritism and favoritism nothing else The result is very visible. All the Favorites have been promoted , Post promotions they have resigned , and we still suffer . Work doesn't define a performer but being favorites do . There is a group who Go outside to smoke with the Boss , only those selected few , get ratings hike and Promotion .Ask anyone in Capco , everyone knows the few .People from that group have taken promotions , good hikes and have now resigned. And they behave as MINI Ceo's on floor.

Approachable leadership — Senior leaders are open to conversations if you reach out. Good development resources — Plenty of training and growth opportunities if you take advantage of them. Strong teams — Colleagues are smart, capable, and great to work with. Entrepreneurial environment — New ideas are encouraged, and there’s room to take initiative.
