Pros

The Benefits are the on only good things about this company

Kontras

-Lack of career growth and pigeon holed with respect to opportunities. -Diversity is forced down your throat. -Find yourself checking blocks just to survive the "360" Assessment -Good talented People more often then none do not get rewarded for hard work and dedication. -Dirtbags are protected by management -U.S. Government is being created out of their money. -Find yourself asking, "Does the U.S. Government really pay me all this money (relatively speaking) to do nothing?", Answer? Yes they do! -Senior Management sits back getting fat and happy while others sit around trying to figure out the matrix (with the exception of the 30 Plus Principles who recently got laid off) -High Turn-over -Have to wear a monkey suit daily except for Friday - Job Requisitions for recruiting paint a picture that describes the need for individuals to extremely technical work which is not even really true for Pen Testers. -If you are technical or desire to be forget about it, you will lose those skills and/or never gain them. -Everyone walks around being frightened of Senior Associates (Level IV's), because the mentality is if you are not a Level IV, you are no one. Strangely, everyone seems to get along well with Principals (Level V's) or higher. -If your Level IV or higher is gunning for the next promotion, they will stop at nothing from screwing those below them over to get there, hell they have too much to lose not to screw the people that made them successful.

Pros

Strong mission-focused culture with meaningful work supporting national security missions. Great exposure to diverse projects, talented teammates, flexible work arrangements, and opportunities to develop skills across security, intelligence, cyber, and consulting. Benefits and professional development resources are solid.

Kontras

The company culture and employee experience have changed significantly in recent years. Earlier years felt more mission-focused and employee-centered, while recent organizational shifts, government spending pressures, and increased emphasis on becoming a technology-focused company have created uncertainty for some employees. Frequent changes in priorities, restructuring, and business decisions can make job stability feel less predictable. Employees may sometimes feel disconnected from leadership, and concerns raised through HR or management channels do not always appear to result in meaningful action or transparency.
