Pros

Things are great now, but it feels like the company is right on the cusp of something awesome, it's really visible how much hard work is being done to make the business better for it's employees. I genuinely feel that the majority of people who work here are really proud to do so. It's obvious that the business will change so much for the better over the next few years and for a relatively young workforce, it's an amazing place to spend your 'formative years'. I hate to say it because it's so cheesy, but I sometimes feel like it's a job that I'll look back on in 20 years and say 'I was there when...'

Kontras

The current policies around things like pension/maternity/paternity/healthcare etc are in their infancy and don't offer anything attractive for those looking to start a family in the next few years. Although it's clearly on the business' radar and it's obvious that its being looked into, it stops us from hiring really great people right now as those processes take time to get better. And for those who currently work there...no matter how much you love your job it can make the decision to stick around really difficult.

Hi and thanks for the review. I'm glad that you are enjoying your job and I certainly agree that it feels very exciting at the moment. We really do have ambitions to be a truly amazing place to work and are working hard to deliver this. I like a bit of Cheese and hope that in the future you do look back and go "WOW I was there when..." I think your "Cons" comments are fair. As you may know we did a huge project last year on terms and conditions which moved us forward in many areas but we have more to do and the areas that you mention are definitely at the top of my list.
