      only progress if you're friends with management no one follows procedures senior staff clueless

      Hi, thanks for your review although I am clearly disappointed with the rating and what you have to say. We promote based on ability not connections and we promote a lot of people who get to develop personally and build very successful careers so I'm afraid I have to disagree with you but we appreciate the feedback Ryan

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Kontras

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
