8yHi and thanks for your feedback, although I am clearly disappointed by what you have to say and your rating. You raise a lot of points so I think I'll answer more generally. As you know we only opened the Barcelona office in September and we have grown very rapidly from 0 to 150+ colleagues and more to come. What we are trying to do is create the best customer service centre in Barcelona. The environment is amazing and the benefits are there (I'm not sure when you left but we have delivered the benefits we promised) Salaries are some of the highest in the area (we know they are) so whilst they may not be the highest we know they are up there. Having said all that you are right that a nice office is not the be all and end all. We have had some teething problems as you might expect in a brand new fast growth environment. We are on with listening to our colleagues and making changes to create a truly amazing place to work. Your feedback will help us with this. Thanks Ryan
