7yThanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We appreciate any feedback that helps us improve, both from present and former employees.
Please know that many of your concerns have been brought up in our recent employee engagement survey – We know that the strong growth we are experiencing comes with a lot of change. That is why we are actively working on improving our change management capabilities through better project management but also dedicating more local ressources to change (Implementation Specialist and Communication specialist now on every site). And when it comes to customers, we do have strong values around how we view, treat and serve them. If that's not being communicated correctly, that's something we must change immediately.
Bullying of any nature from any colleague is unacceptable here and directly contradicts with our values. Even though you're no longer with us, if you're aware of any instances of bullying, we'd like to hear about them so we can investigate.
