Abrupt Termination - no notice - HR Coordinator bei BASF: Mitarbeiterbewertung

- I was terminated without notice after working for one year. My direct report transitioned to a higher role and after that became micromanaging and did not like it when I set my own boundaries. The organisation says a lot about diversity and inclusion and follows with action plans but what’s lacking is a nuanced understanding of what it really means to be diverse and inclusive. As a person of colour - I did not feel it was authentic.
