Dear colleague, Thank you very much for your great feedback, which we are very happy about! It's nice to hear that you enjoy working at our #BASFHubBerlin and appreciate our working atmosphere. Of course, we are aware that we are not perfect in all areas. Therefore, we always keep an eye on upcoming collective bargaining to use further optimization potential with regard to the salary structure to full capacity. Just recently, a tariff increase of 6.5% was achieved! The first half was already adjusted on 01.01.2023, the second half will be adjusted on 01.01.2024.
