Fortune 500 company, very big in term of revenue & employee.

Slow decision making. Corporate management only want to hear good news & regional management only presented the positive aspect even though the negative aspect is more. At the end, those presenter get promoted but execution/operation team will suffer. If thing did not workout, operation team to be blamed as incompetent.
