Pros
As a non-white-male employee, I was not discriminated against. The benefits package was good and we were given company cars. PTO was fair and for a little while the bonuses were decent.
Kontras
The marketing decisions of upper level management were extremely poor, putting sales reps at a disadvantage. Also, the price-fixing violations hurt the reputation of the company and undermined the integrity of the sales team.
