      Great people, you will learn a lot, the team environment is amazing, great brand

      The management in Marketplace is not so good. If you are "under goals" (this is a sales posistion!), you are out, that is it, end of story. The work is good for 1 year, but then it becomes frustrating. Career progression is hard.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
