Very little skill or promotional development. Huge disparity between sites based on skills and employee engagement. Bloated management structure with a huge emphasis on playing the corporate game for them performing tick tests instead of actually developing the teams. Also very selective promotion that has largely been based on friendship circles often promoting over best suited for ten role.
