      Pros

      Schedule flexibility is great. This is specially towards students. There are plenty of accommodations for workers to use to help and ERC/HR are always willing to help.

      Kontras

      Long work hours (10-12). Regular associates working only 10 hours now before there used to be a shift that worked 12. Area Managers are pretty much working 12 hours shifts due to first in last out.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
