      Decent pay scale, even though its not on par with MAANG. In fact Amazon shouldn't be part of the MAANG anymore. You get to work with a few great minds.

      Kontras

      Frequent layoffs and leadership changes. So your team will have to deliver the committed results with reduced headcount. You no longer get to work on challenging projects or gain experience in building scalable products.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
