      Reasonable pay and nice people to work with. Clearly a route to progress.

      Kontras

      Lack of daylight working in a warehouse all day. Lack of trust in employees, having to walk through scanners to ensure nobody is stealing. Picking/packing isn't the most rewarding task.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
