* Really brilliant people and fast pace of work. * Opportunities and support for learning, certifications and personal development. * High impact work.
Kontras
* Lower than industry standard pay and a lot of bureaucracy around promotions. Internal transfers/promotions make less than external hires. * If you have a good manager, it's amazing. If you have a not-so-good one, you will want to quit within 6 months. * Constant push for automation/outsourcing and risks of being engineered out of your job. * Lack of female representation in leadership. * Asinine RTO policies and medical accomodations process is absurd. * Reducing employees from human beings to "resources", never forget you are just a number on a spreadsheet here.
