      Option for flexible employment status. Meet some great coworkers. Free exercise walking where you need to go.

      Most management is not knowledgeable nor cohesive when passing information to employees. Crude nit picky rules and regulations that hender personal ways to make an otherwise robotic job doable with the long shifts required for full-time positions. Refuses to provide unambiguous documentation to work around employee concerns or requests.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Kontras

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
