      The money is good the first few years when you get stocks.

      The culture is aweful and they promote people in low cost centers countries with no experience over Americans with decade of experience. They want grunt worker and innovation is in no way rewarded.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
