      Met amazing people during my years. You are surrounded by very smart people and some good friends (including my managers)

      Oncall duty can be a nightmare. The daily tasks are not so satisfying in terms of the documentation, tools and the work itself.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
