Instead of investing in people’s growth through coaching and feedback, leadership tends to replace those who are seen as "not aligned." This discourages calculated risk-taking, leading to more tactical rather than strategic decision-making. Additionally, team dynamics are unstable—teams get reshuffled frequently, sometimes every quarter, making it difficult for developers to build deep expertise in a given area. This uncertainty impacts morale and long-term effectiveness.
