      - if you want, you can grow but you have to help yourself - competitive salary, especially in Engineering environment - you agree the scope with your manager, if you wanna keep it light you can keep a good work-life balance

      - not flexible anymore - processes are complicated and not streamlined, waste a lot of time in beaurocracy - politics is very present - benefits are nothing compared to other Big Tech
