Can work on some big projects, scope to transfer between departments, fairly open matrix organization for communication.

Kontras

Overall too bogged down in the scale of the company. Tech debt is huge. Projects get cancelled left right and centre. Management used to trust employees, but top-down mandates have taken that away.
