Found it difficult to grow. Not necessarily because it's fast paced but since its difficult to explore new technologies with aggressive timelines and the amount of work that is expected. Culture is very team dependent but in general it's a very competitive environment which only adds to feeling the need to deliver results asap vs deliver quality results. Leadership still expects quality too.
