Benefits were a joke The system used to rate employee performance was unfair, making it hard to consistantly meet goals. A lot of cloak and daggery going on within management, if they disliked you, then they find anyway they can to get you terminated. No fault attendance policy favors the employer, not the employee. This company brags about being customer centric, but they need to focus on being employee centric.
