      Good Work culture, weekends off, timely login logout

      Kontras

      Low salary, no growth or promotion (especially for ML data associates Alexa (ADS/AGI-DS) No matter how much you too your scorecard, it wont be enough for promotion, Without promotion your highest package for L2 will be under 4.5 LPA and it will stay the same. there will be no hike after this.

      Cross training that helps for faster growth and more experience.

      Kontras

      Sometimes you gotta hurry and find equipment or pit equipment before others snag them and leave you with the “bad” ones. That take forever to get repaired.
