      Associates are amazing!!!! Process Assistants are great as well.

      Upper management is a joke after the good ones left. Pathway managers are a joke. Straight out of collage, no life experience at all. Trying to fight the process Assistants and it gets swept under the rug like nothing happened.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
