      Pros

      Medical, dental, and vision benifits are great if you pay for them. If you do your job well, you will be recognized every week by your AM with gratitude. They offer a lot of pathways to improve your career either with Amazon or another company by helping you skill up with Career Choice.

      Kontras

      Hours take some time to get used to. Work is mind numbing at times. Pay is not great. 10 hour shifts for full time employess can be rough at times.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
