      It paid really well and had a lot of overtime, the flex schedule was also amazing.

      I was on my feet for long hours and you can prepare but you won’t be prepared enough. Also the point system/UPT system can get really toxic but that’s only if you’re one to call out a lot. I saw many peers use their hours like nothing

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
