The benefits are good, the company has a couple of positive perks for the crew and the environment was respectful at least during my time there.

Kontras

Very low salary, very high workloads. Is overwhelming working at least in the customer service area.

You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
