      Good health plan, good pay, opportunity to growth if you are lucky

      Lot of turnover, bad management, manipulate estadistics of work accidents, discrimination, overwork job positions ( some people 2 two or three jobs at the same time ), preferences, mandatory work days, lot of moving new managers ( workers know more sometimes than them ).
