Career Choice, time off, and flex workers. Work life balance is very high for flex workers because you can choose your own schedule every week. Work life for full time is different because during peak seasons you can all of a sudden be working mandatory 12 hour shifts when your normal schedule is 10 hour shifts. As well as suddenly be working a mandatory 5th day during peak seasons for 3 months straight.

Must enlist in Career choice for the immediate upcoming semester 3 months before the semester start date. Cannot backdate for last semester and cannot sign up for the following semester. Very strict on dates and deadlines.
