Company does not appreciate employees. You will pretty much be stuck at the starting base salary. Promotion is left up to the manager. If the manager wants to promote you, you can get promoted l4 to l5 in 15 months but otherwise can keep you at l4 for more than 3 years. No benefits to begin with. Recently cut down on coffee.
