available shift patterns were great as well as the pay and OT opportunities.
Kontras
Lazy drivers in most shifts. Night shift drivers would be sleeping with 5+ moves in the que. W would have 4-6 drivers at a time and would only have like 2-3 actually doing work. Management couldn;t coach because the lazy workers would just make an excuse involving "safety" issues.
