      good salaries. The salaries are the highest in the market.

      There were different cases on my self and others, where I saw that managers blaim others (other managers or their directs) because of their faults. The need of adding always someone below the bar on the performance evaluation, makes people to cover their backs more than taking risks and learn from mistakes.
