      Plethora of available benefits. I believe this area is where Amazon shines. They have a great selection of benefits both paid-for and optional to the employees. I appreciate what is offered to me compared to previous employers.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
