      Actually a great place to work at. You get full autonomy to do your work, Most meetings would have actual agendas so tend to not be a lot or a waste of time

      There at times seems to be workplace politics which usually occurs when you have a manager who’s new to Amazon (so they tend to bring this behaviour over)

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
