Benefits: In the areas of 401k matching, PTO, and lack of an Employee Stock Purchase plan, are very poor. Employee Amazon Store discount is a joke. On the surface it's a 10% discount, which sounds great, but it's capped at $100/year. That doesn't even cover a Prime membership.
