      staff mostlikely helpfull some of team leaders doing they job really well and do their best to motivate team multiple type of jobs not bad pay

      Kontras

      unfair treatment some of people doing way more easier job then the others no bonuses/ no motivation to do your best no rewards while your score is even 50% better managment and HR not really well comunnicate between each other
